Ken Vereschagin, MD
Dr. Vereschagin spent 32 years as a physician in private practice and educator. He began his career in sports medicine at Sports Orthopedics and Rehabilitation (SOAR), and later served as a physician at Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (formerly Sunnyvale Medical Clinic), where he specialized in pediatric primary care and sports medicine consultations.
While he recently retired from clinical practice, Dr. Vereschagin has an ongoing passion for teaching both physician groups and the lay public about disease prevention and health promotion through nutrition and lifestyle.
Whether as a voluntary member of the Adjunct Clinical Faculty in Pediatrics at the Stanford School of Medicine, as Chief of Staff and Director of Continuing Medical Education at El Camino Hospital, as a Sports Medicine instructor at American Academy of Pediatrics CME functions, or as a high school team doctor and varsity golf coach, Dr. Vereschagin has leveraged his leadership and experience to encourage others to flourish toward their full potential.
Dr. Vereschagin’s research has been published in The Physician and Sportsmedicine. He earned his undergraduate degree at Stanford University and later returned to complete a residency in pediatrics. He holds an MD from the University of California San Diego School of Medicine and a certificate in plant-placed nutrition from Cornell University.
