More and more people have the chance of living into their 80s, 90s and even beyond, but how do you maximize the opportunities to live not just long, but in good health, both mentally and physically? When it comes to healthy aging, it’s sometimes hard to separate fact from fiction, fad from science, advice of friends and family from the latest in evidence-based research.
That’s where Healthy Aging 2026 comes in. This year’s theme is centered around “Aging with Purpose, Power, and Play”, and explores how strength and purpose are core to living a healthy life – not just in the gym, but in our mindset, movement, decision-making, and daily habits.
