Our Team
The Stanford Lifestyle Medicine Program is dedicated to promoting healthy aging and optimal performance through an educational approach that combines scientific expertise across our seven pillars. Our program leaders, faculty advisors, and advisors work collaboratively to conduct research and create reliable lifestyle medicine resources for all. Our goal is to make healthy living accessible and achievable for everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Our team members are researchers and physicians from around the world who are experts in one or more of our seven pillars: exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management, cognitive enhancement, social engagement, and gratitude & reflection.
We are a program within the Stanford Prevention Research Center, which aims to support lives that are longer, healthier, and more rewarding. Together, we aim to increase healthspan and lifespan for all.
